Sunrise Café & Tearoom is pleased to offer a unique B&B in our Sunrise Suite in Historic Kennett Square PA. Located on the first floor of a Federal style brick townhouse, the suite has 1 large bedroom with queen size bed, living
room with a double Murphy bed in closet, bathroom and kitchen with
microwave, refrigerator & coffee maker. You will have total privacy to come and go as you please. Breakfast or lunch at Sunrise Cafe & Tearoom is included so you get to decide when and what to eat. Amenities include wireless internet,
cable TV with DVD player, air conditioning, coin op laundry on premises
& off street parking.
Kennett Square has many interesting shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of Sunrise. There are many fine museums and historic sites including Longwood Gardens, Brandywine Battlefield, Winterthur, Hagley and Brandywine River museum just a short drive away.

§ INFORMATION
2008 rates, double occupancy: Weekdays $150 per night, $250 for 2 nights. Friday or Saturday $ 175; $300 for 2 weekend nights. Please inquire about rates for additional guests & extended stays.
*Rates do not include tax and are subject to change.
Breakfast
or lunch for 2 at Sunrise Café & Tearoom is included in the over night
room rate. The café is open Monday – Friday 7 am to 2 pm and Sat &

Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and Discover are accepted.
20% Deposit required when making your reservation. Deposit can be made by PayPal,or over the phone with credit card.
Gift Certificates are available.
Cancellation:
A 10-day notice is required for a full refund. When less than 10 days
notice is given, a partial/full refund will be provided only in cases
where the room is rebooked for the partial/full duration.
Check-In is between 3 and 6 unless prior arrangements are Check-out by 12:00AM.
There are no accommodations for pets. Assistance is available for finding a local and reputable kennel.
No Smoking is permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors.
