Reproduction Maps of Chester County, PA Townships

My genealogical research lead to collecting antique maps of the area. These maps are of townships and hundreds, in Chester County, PA and Sussex County, DE where my ancestors lived. I think they are works of art in their own right! It is interesting to see how the area used to look and to read the names of landowners and businesses from more than a century ago.

During my research, I located many of my “ancestral homes”. I photographed many of them and they are presented in notebook form (at Sunrise Cafe) along with some local history (from published sources) and some personal ramblings....web page to follow shortly.

These maps have been reproduced on acid-free matte paper by Aztec Copies of Trolley Square, Wilmington, DE and will last as long as the originals.
